Booking

A non refundable $300 booking fee is required at time of booking. Once received this day will be reserved for you.

On receiving payment and this document signed, the Photographer will reserve the times agreed upon and not make another reservation for the specified time period. For this reason, as well as it being a limited time special offer, the payment is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or cancellation is requested for any reason.

Images will be provided approximately 4-6 weeks after the date of the photoshoot. The images will be fully edited in the style chosen by the photographer as per their personal brand upon delivery. The photographs supplied will be at the sole discretion of the photographer and only those images meeting the quality standard of the photographer will be provided. The photos will be provided in JPEG format in high resolution. The quantity of photos delivered will vary depending on the conditions on the day.

The photographer will take utmost care with respect to punctuality, quality of work and equipment care. However, in the event the Photographer fails to comply with the terms of the contract, due to any event, illness or act outside the control of the Photographer, and the Photographer cannot find a suitable replacement to cover the event, the Photographer will return all fees paid to the Client(s) but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

If, in the unlikely event of illness or injury, the Photographer will be substitute another photographer to take the photographs, or a full refund will be given.

Poppyseed Photography owns the copyright to all images created under this Agreement and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for commercial purposes, including displays, advertising or competitions in any media including print, TV or the internet.
The Photographer will use the photographs taken under this Agreement for promotions purposes in publicly accessible online galleries.
An extra fee of $300 can be paid by the Client to restrict the Photographers usage of the photos to exclude online galleries.
All other usage rights will remain unaffected.

Where electronic files are provided in a package, the Client(s) are granted a license to print and display the photos for any personal use, and to distribute the photos to family and friends to print. The Client(s) may not edit the photos or use them in derivative works.
The Client(s) may also upload web-sized images to online galleries with a photo credit to Poppyseed Photography.
All other usage rights are reserved by the photographer.

Travel Cost

I am always happy to travel to your chosen destination. Charges for travel outside Newcastle area are added to your package price.
